What does a day in the life of an Assistant Shop Manager involve? Collaborating with the shop manager to run a profitable, customer-focussed shop that is the 'window of the British Red Cross' on the high street.
Working on the shop floor, to coordinating activity "behind the scenes", no two days are the same.
