Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Responsibilities include setting and operating CNC lathes, inspecting work to engineering drawings, performing maintenance checks, optimizing efficiencies, and completing traceability documentation.
Our training course
Engineering and manufacturing support technician, Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, including training at IPS International and on-the-job learning.
Requirements
Essential qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 and above)
Other relevant qualifications and industry experience can be considered for adjustments.
