Albany Beck is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with an excellent background in Business Management Support to work with a leading financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in financial and workforce management, vendor oversight, and executive-level reporting. Key Responsibilities: Business Management & Reporting Support business management activities, including financial oversight, procurement, vendor management, and workforce tracking. Build and maintain reports for both senior and junior management, translating complex data into clear, presentable formats (Excel, PowerPoint). Take minutes and track actions from key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups. Financial & Accounting Oversight Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting. Oversee purchase order management and month-end financial processes. Workforce & Vendor Management Track workforce headcount and hiring pipelines. Assist with joiner-mover-leaver processes and workforce analytics. Support workforce training and experience tracking to identify skill gaps. Oversee vendor contract renewals/terminations and assist with SLA tracking and risk assessments. Security Management Support Manage calendars for security forums and ensure key reporting deadlines are met. Organize and maintain documentation in SharePoint. Key Skills & Experience: Strong Excel skills – data collation, analysis, and organization. Experience building reports in PowerPoint for different management levels. Background in financial management, including accounting principles and procurement. Experience in workforce tracking and headcount analysis. Knowledge of vendor and contract management. Familiarity with security forum administration and reporting is a plus.
