The Role

* Manage planning, reporting and site delivery of high-value projects
* Oversee materials procurement and site setup
* Maintain strong contractor and supplier relationships to drive delivery and cost-efficiency
* Represent the business with a professional attitude and positive behaviours
* Provide support to the Project Manager when needed

* Construction Management NVQ (or equivalent), or a relevant engineering apprenticeship
* CSCS card + Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) accreditation
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent communicator – written and verbal – with strong numeracy
* Competence in Microsoft Office tools
* Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Gas, Water & Fire systems
* Knowledge of LV/HV systems and associated plant
* PASMA, IPAF, ECS, and Confined Space training
* NRSWA accreditation for working on/near highways
What’s In It for You?

* Employee rewards portal with discounts on top brands
* Contributory pension scheme
* Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
