Job Description
* Build a strong talent pipeline and schedule staff for placements
* Lead Live-In recruitment and onboarding
* Deliver and oversee training from induction onwards
* Support and mentor new starters through their first 12 weeks
* Maintain compliant staff files and uphold regulatory standards
* Monitor wellbeing and conduct regular check-ins
* Support field visits, supervisions, appraisals and changeovers
* Review exit feedback to improve retention
* Work with HR on employee relations when required
* Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications
* Recruitment and/or care sector experience
* Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
* Strong communication & organisation skills
* Coaching/training experience
* Passion for people, development & high-quality care
* Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable)
