At Places for People, we hire People, not numbers!
So, if you like the sound of one of our jobs, you could be just who we’re looking for! Experience and track record are important, but we’re more interested in hiring someone that embodies our People Promises: someone that does the right thing, is enthusiastic and motivated to grow, believes in community spirit, is respectful and enjoys their work. As the UK’s leading social enterprise, we do not discriminate based on any protected attribute and are dedicated to creating inclusive and thriving communities for both our customers and employees.
More about your role
Please note: you will be required to come into our Eastleigh office two days per week so applicants must be based within a commutable distance, as well as site visits in our South West patch throughout the month.
As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver effective, high‑quality marketing activity across the region. You’ll ensure every development has a strong, accurate and engaging presence, both digitally and on‑site.

Alongside this, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, working closely with Sales and Group Marketing to create a consistent and effective approach across all developments.
A key part of your role will be coordinating the setup and launch of development sales areas, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will also manage marketing collateral for each launch, ensuring brand consistency and quality, while supporting events and activity on‑site when needed.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you will also track competitor activity, manage marketing budgets and payments, and use data and insight to help shape future campaigns.
