Location: Kenway Court, Southend on Sea
Salary: GBP 33,841.60 per annum

About the Role
As Deputy Manager you will support staff and people supported, develop and implement systems and processes to ensure high‑quality care and support. You will also work with governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Qualifications
Ideally holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
