Job Description
The Deployment Centre Agent will be responsible for:
* Completing general administration to support the Supervisor and the wider team, ensuring compliance on all documentation.
* Providing help and support to internal colleagues and customers.
* Ensuring the efficient running of the scheduling system, making amendments where needed, and communicating these changes with the team and customers.
* Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
* Controlling and replenishing consumable stocks for the relevant area.
* Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to at all times.
* Performing any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Qualifications
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via telephone.
* Good planning and organizational skills to manage workload effectively.
* Flexible approach to work demands.
* Proactive self-motivator, able to work independently.
