Person Specification
Knowledge (Essential):
* Knowledge of a range of office procedures
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Ability to maintain office systems and procedures
* Good organizational and office skills
* IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable: Knowledge of NHS software such as Medway
Qualifications (Essential):
* Good general education
* IT skills to RSA II, NVQ 2, or equivalent
Desirable: ECDL
Further Training (Essential): Willingness to undertake relevant training as required
Experience (Essential):
* Previous or current administrative role experience
Desirable: NHS experience or experience with NHS software, customer service background
Contractual (Essential): Flexible approach
