Job Title: Architect (Part 3 / ARB Registered)
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

The Role
We’re looking for a qualified architect to join our team, contributing to projects across a range of scales and sectors. You will work across the full design process, from concept through to completion, and play an active role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clients and contractors and resolving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technically robust, design‑led work across healthcare, education and other sectors
* Manage defined work packages with awareness of project budgets and programme
* Identify and resolve key technical details and compliance requirements
* Support and mentor Part 1 and Part 2 colleagues
* Contribute to studio culture, day‑to‑day management and business development
About You
* ARB registered with RIBA Part 3
* Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction types and building systems
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; BIM coordination experience is a plus
* Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
* Collaborative team player who is self‑motivated and eager to grow
