Driver Hire Colchester is currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricatorto join a leading manufacturing business based in Colchester. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing team responsible for building the main structures of car transporters.
Role Overview:
* MIG welding and fabrication using 5mm+ materials
* Reading and working from CAD/technical drawings
* Working either independently or within a team of two
* Maintaining welding equipment and PPE to a high standard
* Supporting production output in line with set time targets
* Following all health, safety and environmental procedures
Requirements:
* Previous MIG welding/fabrication experience preferred (training can be provided)
* Able to read and interpret CAD/technical drawings
* Reliable and able to work on your own initiative
* Focused on quality, accuracy and safety
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
