SEN Teacher Contract Type: Long term, 4 days per week, 8:30 - 3:30 Salary: MPS/UPS Location: Mayfield Job Purpose At term time teachers we are looking for an experienced and committed SEN Teacher for a school in Mayfield to support pupils with Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and a range of other special educational needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally within a nurturing and structured environment. Your experience in working with diverse and complex needs will enable you to deliver personalised, engaging, and inclusive learning that supports each pupil's progress and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver and create differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN needs. Provide a structured, consistent, and supportive classroom environment. Assess individual learning needs, track progress, and adjust teaching strategies. Collaborate with other professionals to support holistic development. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour support plans, and risk assessments where necessary.
