* Carrying out a wide range of trades such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and patch plastering
* Completing reactive maintenance and repairs

* Has completedsimilar tasks with high attention to detail
* Desired but not essential: someone who also has NVQ or equivalent in a relevant area
