Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Sales Progressor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing transactions, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from offer to completion.
About the Role
As the main point of contact throughout the sales progression journey, you will coordinate all parties involved in the transaction to ensure milestones are met efficiently and professionally. You’ll provide clear communication, resolve issues proactively, and help customers move smoothly toward completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide property sales from offer accepted through to exchange and completion.
* Act as the communication link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and developers.
* Maintain consistent and proactive updates for clients throughout the entire transaction.
* Identify delays or challenges early and work collaboratively to resolve them.
* Track and manage the live sales pipeline, highlighting risks and forecasting expected exchanges.
* Produce organised weekly updates and sales reports using Excel.
* Carry out regular reviews of active sales to keep timelines on track.
* Ensure CRM systems are accurately updated with all correspondence and milestones.
* Deliver exceptional service, providing reassurance and guidance to clients at each stage.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage expectations professionally.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Confident in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a busy caseload.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to problem‑solve and remain calm under pressure.
