Key Responsibilities: Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with a range of additional learning needs Assisting with the implementation of personalised learning plans and individual education programmes Collaborating with teachers to adapt lesson plans, materials, and teaching methods to suit students' needs Fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers Participating in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge Required Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional learning needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support and empower students Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the diverse needs of each student Good organisational and time management skills Relevant qualifications in education, special educational needs, or a related field would be an advantage
