Our New Connections team drives new business mobile sales for Aerial Direct by selling O2 mobile products. All leads come from warm inbound PPC enquiries, so there is no cold calling involved. As the team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join us. You’ll work with warm prospects, build genuine relationships, and guide customers smoothly through sign-up and onboarding.

You’ll Get Involved In:
* Contacting potential customers to build relationships and gather data
* Proactively following up leads to meet targets and KPIs
* Using questioning and listening skills to support sales
* Building relationships with key decision makers
* Entering and updating customer information in the database
* Going above and beyond to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
* Managing the end-to-end sales process, responsible for your own leads
Ideally, you’ll have experience of:
* Sales, either phone-based or in person
* Perseverance and self-motivation to follow up leads
* Customer focus with excellent telephone manner
* Relationship building and management
* Working towards sales targets and KPIs
It would be great if you have:
* Experience working with telecommunication products
