As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Protection team and seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join a supportive, high-performing environment. You will work alongside a strong Mortgage Advice network, receiving warm leads and helping clients put meaningful protection in place that safeguards their financial future.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:
* Provide expert advice and quotations on protection insurance products
* Manage your pipeline effectively in line with company policy
* Maintain accurate records and strong case administration
* Engage clients in a compliant, professional and customer-first manner
* Convert warm leads from Mortgage Advisers
* Deliver against sales targets while maintaining high conduct standards
* Demonstrate strong awareness of customer outcomes and risk
* Contribute positively to team culture and performance

* Knowledge of leading protection insurance contracts
* Strong administrative and time-management skills
* Ability to manage a structured pipeline in a regulated environment
* Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Commercially driven and target focused
* Confident IT and Microsoft Office user
* Professional communicator who builds trust
