The role
As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. If you can bring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting engineering projects in the UK.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead and motivate a group(s) of constructive and multi-disciplined teams to safely deliver defined packages of work within the Marine business area. Additionally, you will:
1. Manage workloads to meet contract requirements while achieving cost, time, and quality targets
2. Establish and maintain safe working practices and ensure the working environment aligns with company policy
3. Set daily production targets for employees and ensure they are met
4. Take ownership of activity levels within your area
5. Liaise with planning, materials, warehousing, quality, and other support functions to ensure a coordinated team approach
This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday and is based on site at Rosyth.

Qualifications for the Construction Supervisor
11. Time-served with experience in mechanical installation within shipbuilding and repair
12. Formal mechanical technical qualifications
