About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects across multiple business sectors, including: Structural Refurbishment Structural Waterproofing Movement Joints Liquid RoofingWhile the position is based in Sheffield, the successful candidate will need to travel to project sites across the UK as required. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage regional construction projects to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Provide project planning, scope definition, and communication across teams and stakeholders. Attend pre-start meetings and lead client engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate the procurement of materials, plant, and PPE within budget. Work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
