£45,000-£50,000 + £16,000 bonus (paid quarterly)

Responsibilities
* Field sales position selling a high-end quality manufactured range of precast concrete / landscaping products such as retaining walls, paving, facing brick, beams, blocks, flags, acoustic blocks and architectural masonry.
* Sell to national & independent civil merchants / builders merchants such as Keyline, Jewson & Burden, and stimulate demand and sell directly to housebuilders, contractors, landscapers and groundworkers.
* Work in a buddy system with a Specification sales manager.
Qualifications & Ideal Applicant
* Experience as an Area Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products.
* Open to selling various building products / materials.
* Must have sold to civil merchants / builders merchants or housebuilders, contractors, landscapers, and groundworkers.
* Can consider candidates currently working within civils / builder merchants.
* Preferably heavy-side experience but open to others.
* IT literacy.
