Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telemarketing Executive located in Bolton. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, setting qualified appointments, and conducting market research through outbound calls to prospective clients. Core duties include managing client databases, maintaining accurate records, ensuring positive customer engagement, and supporting sales efforts. The role requires effective communication to engage prospects and contribute to the success of the business development team.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales practices, with a proven ability to identify and nurture potential opportunities.
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, ensuring excellent client interactions and relationships.
* Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage prospects, articulate value propositions, and handle inquiries effectively.
