Are you the type of person who enjoys regularly interacting with customers, offering support with enquires and seamlessly converting them in to sales? If so this could be the role for you. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Operations & Recon Sales Administrator to oversee multiple critical functions within our Survey business. This multifaceted role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in Administration, Time Critical functions, and Coordinating Multiple Tasks. In this busy role your duties will include: Refurbishment, testing, and resale of second-hand instruments. Ensure compliance with quality standards for all refurbished equipment. Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to manage stock levels and pricing strategies. Drive margin improvement through effective lifecycle and inventory management. Help implement processes and tools to improve team productivity and case resolution times. Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Track KPIs and generate regular performance and support reports. Administer Smart Net and SIM card services, including activation, deactivation, and contract management. Help maintain accurate records of SIM usage, billing, and asset linkage. Monitor data usage and performance, ensuring compliance with usage policies. Oversee asset tracking, maintenance records, and stock levels. Ensure field teams have the right equipment, fully operational and compliant with safety standards. What can we offer you in return? To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours: Skilled in customer management, handling a wide range of enquiries and issues both face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Strong background in retail, customer service, and sales, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences in busy, target-driven environments. Hands-on experience managing products across multiple stages of the supply chain, from receipt and storage to inventory control and final distribution Able to work both independently and as part of a team - you'll be an effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages and ideally in Sales Operating systems. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role.
