Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Experience team situated in our Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC), which is the heart of SHL's international and dynamic culture. UK based; the role supports our US customer base and will involve a shift pattern.
Location: Thames Ditton, England, United Kingdom. This role is permanent and fully remote with a requirement to be office-based 1 day a week during training; candidate should live within a reasonable commute to the UK head office in Surrey.
What You Will Be Doing
* Working in our busy Customer Service team and being a main point of contact for our customers regarding SHL products and services.
* Answering incoming enquiries by telephone, e-mail, web, fax or post for the territories covered by the team in line with published Service Level Agreements. Aiming for first-time resolution wherever possible.
* Maximising on all sales opportunities coming into the Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC) customer business.
* Handling accounts of small and medium enterprise (SME) companies - transactional accounts.
* Representing the company values; Customer First and Solution Focused, taking ownership of matters in a proactive approach.
* Providing support to customers using SHL’s range of ‘Off the Shelf’ and ‘Internet Based’ IT products.
* Looking for potential revenue streams and providing feedback to management for ways to increase revenue and update SHL processes.
Essential
* Strong IT skills.
* Excellent people skills; strong written and oral communication.
* Effective time management and experience of working to timeframes.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Experience of building relationships and working well across functions.
Desirable
* Experience in a contact centre environment.
* Degree educated preferred.
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
