As a Front of House Team Member at Prezzo Italian, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
* Take accurate orders, recommend dishes with enthusiasm, and ensure guests\' needs are met.
* Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
* Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving minor issues and escalating where needed.
* Work with colleagues to create a strong, supportive team. Help new team members settle in by sharing knowledge and offering guidance.
* Assist colleagues during busy periods to keep service running smoothly. Keep your section clean and organized, maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.
* Process payments correctly and ensure transactions are handled efficiently.
Experience We Value
* A passion for great service and a positive attitude.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and grow as part of the team
