About the Role
As Client Solutions Manager, you’ll design and implement operational solutions that meet client needs and strengthen our network. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with key stakeholders, and bring fresh ideas to life to help us deliver on our commercial vision.

* Lead end-to-end project management for new client solutions.
* Research and introduce innovative techniques to improve performance.

Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
* Degree-level qualification (preferably in Logistics or Transport) and 5+ years’ experience in client solutions.
* Strong background in logistics operations and project planning.
* Excellent analytical skills with experience in data modelling and costing.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Visio, Project, and routing packages is a plus.
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
