Are you ready to lead, inspire, and drive success? Rexel is looking for a dynamic Business Manager to lead our Blackburn Branch. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for exceptional customer service, and are eager to grow a high-performing team, this is the opportunity for you!
As a Branch Manager you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, driving exceptional customer service to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching across the team to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.
Ideally, you will have previous management experience within an electrical wholesale/ trade environment, and have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to drive branch sales to ensure targets are exceeded.
