Are you a creative content specialist with a passion for PR, social media, and Consumer communications? My client is searching for a creative and energetic content executive to join their award-winning consumer team, focusing on one of their key retail accounts, a market leader in their industry.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with early experience in PR and social media, combined with a strong interest in consumer communications.\n\nAs a key member of the consumer client services team, you’ll help create compelling content strategies, produce high-quality written content across multiple platforms. You’ll build strong relationships with clients across the consumer sector, ensuring their messaging is impactful and effective.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n * Developing engaging and accurate written content from social media posts, press releases, blogs, features and more, tailoring your message to meet the client’s tone and objective.\n\n * Actively managing client communications, contribute to meetings and build strong relationships by understanding their market, needs and KPIs.\n\n * Build and maintain media lists, pitch stories effectively, and manage influencer relationships to ensure optimal content distribution.\n\n * Oversee the content development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring accuracy, alignment with strategy, and performance tracking.\n\n * Stay up to date with social trends, media developments, and cultural moments to inform content and client recommendations.\n\nQualifications\n\nYou should apply if….\n\n * Strong written and storytelling skills.
The ability to craft compelling content across formats from press releases, blogs and social posts. A solid grasp of tone of voice and narrative structures.\n\n * Client relationship management experience. Strong, clear and professional communication with clients, contributing to meetings, and managing timelines and expectations efficiently.\n\n * Skilled in handling multiple projects, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.\n\n * Evaluating content performance, applying insights to future plans, and adapting tactics to improve results.\n\n * A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and support colleagues at all levels
