We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation with a global footprint, committed to innovation and continuous improvement. As part of their ongoing investment in digital capability, they are looking for a CRM Specialist to lead a critical systems transition and help elevate customer engagement through data-led decision making.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce across key business units
* Supporting and improving CRM usage across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Knowledge Base teams
* Acting as the primary point of contact for CRM queries, system performance, and user training
* Collaborating with stakeholders globally to understand requirements and deliver CRM solutions
* Building dashboards and reports to generate insights into customer behaviour, pipeline performance, and business KPIs
* Managing platform configurations, workflows, and security roles to ensure CRM integrity and user effectiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a technically capable and business-savvy CRM expert who brings:
* 3–5 years of experience in CRM administration or system management
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Proficiency in tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and SQL
* A collaborative mindset and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
* Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
