Grade 7 - SCP Range 27-31= £37,035 - £40,476

We are looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Lead to work in our Recreation team at Runnymede and Waterside Farm Leisure Centres.
The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage the front of house Customer Care & Sales Advisor Teams, as well as the sales and marketing functions for Recreational Services. This position requires a focus on customer service, driving sales growth, and maximising participation in our recreational offerings. This role involves hands-on leadership, staff development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve performance targets. The post holder will champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making to optimise sales and marketing opportunities and to enhance the customer experience.
Key Skills and abilities of the role include:
1. Excellent leadership, people management, organisational and communicational skills
2. Knowledge of health & fitness, swimming lessons and other key recreational income streams
3. Must be able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
4. Experience with sales and lead generation techniques
5. Marketing knowledge and delivery
Experience
6. Previous practical experience working within a leisure centre environment is essential. The ideal candidate should also have essential experience in:
