Spirehouse is working with a long standing high street firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Hay-on-Wye office.

The Opportunity
* Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Handle more complex transactions such as new build and shared ownership properties.
* Provide expert guidance throughout the full conveyancing process, from initial instructions through to completion.
* Utilise case management systems effectively to ensure the smooth running of all cases.
* Maintain excellent client relationships and provide clear, concise communication throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
* A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
* Confident in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including leasehold and new-build properties.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
* Proficient with case management systems and IT systems.
* Able to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.
