As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced clinicians across a broad range of disciplines including: Prosthodontics, Restorative Dentistry, Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Oral Surgery. This varied clinical exposure provides an excellent foundation for developing your skills and confidence throughout your dental nursing career. The Role As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will support dentists and the wider practice team in delivering excellent patient care while working towards your recognised dental nursing qualification. Responsibilities include: Assisting clinicians during dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and equipment Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining instruments Supporting infection prevention and control procedures Maintaining accurate patient records using SOE software Providing a professional and welcoming experience for patients Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice What We're Looking For Currently enrolled on an accredited Dental Nursing course (Self-funded) Previous chairside experience would be advantageous Hepatitis B immunisation or willingness to obtain this Excellent communication and organisational skills Professional, reliable and patient-focused approach Enthusiastic and willing to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Join Solent House Dental Centre?
