The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing
B2B
marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive focused exclusively on
B2B
(micro and small business) customers. Including online marketplace sellers, Shopify store owners, and Etsy entrepreneurs.
You will be tasked with creating digital content that captures attention, builds trust, and drives growth among e-commerce businesses. From relatable TikToks about selling online to Reddit and Quora engagement strategies, you'll develop channel-specific campaigns that connect directly with small business shippers.
We are looking for a hands-on, content-driven digital marketer who enjoys speaking with entrepreneurial audiences and knows how to use each channel for maximum effect.
Your Key Responsibilities
Platform-Led Campaigns: Plan, build, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Quora, targeting business sender segments.
Content Creation: Develop short-form videos, visual assets, and copy that resonates with marketplace and e-commerce sellers.
Performance Analysis: Monitor results, track KPIs, and adjust campaigns based on real-time testing and learning.
Community Engagement: Identify and participate in relevant Reddit threads, Quora spaces, and seller groups across Meta to build authority and generate traffic.
Collaborative Planning: Align with the wider
B2B
team on messaging and initiatives that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Innovation: Keep up to date with trends in e-commerce, social content, and platform developments, bringing new ideas to the table whenever possible.
What We're Looking For
Digital Experience: 1+ years in a digital marketing role (either in-house or agency), with a clear understanding of content-driven marketing.
Audience Understanding: A genuine interest in ecommerce and small business audiences.
Any experience in B2B or marketplace marketing is a bonus
.
Content Confidence: Skilled in writing copy, creating visuals, and/or briefing designers and editors for platform-specific campaigns.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, Reddit Ads is a strong advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reviewing data, identifying trends, and acting on performance insights.
Organised & Proactive: Strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
Curious & Creative: Always looking to try new creative formats, new trends, audience insights, or community opportunities.
