Responsibilities Client Representation: Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in a wide range of housing matters, including but not limited to housing disrepair claims, tenancy deposit, landlord and tenant disputes, unlawful eviction cases, and other housing issues. Legal Advisory: Offer expert legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex legal concepts in an easily understandable manner. Ensure clients are aware of their rights, responsibilities, and available legal options. Case Management: Manage a caseload of housing cases efficiently and effectively, adhering to deadlines, court appearances, and administrative duties related to each case. Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to stay updated with housing laws, regulations, and precedents. Apply legal knowledge to build strong cases for clients and adapt to changes in the legal landscape. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor: Possess a valid practicing certificate as a solicitor in England and Wales.
