Candidate Profile – SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant
* A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Speech & Language Sciences, or a related subject
* Prior experience with SEN in schools, youth work, care, or healthcare is highly desirable
* Strong empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-verbal learners
* Comfortable supporting students with physical needs, including mobility or personal care if required
* A driving licence is advantageous but not essential
