Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger
Part-time: 12–15 hours per week
Starting salary: £25,253 per annum (pro rata)

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join their Central Team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of their finance function, focusing on purchase ledger and payments.

You will be responsible for:
- Inputting invoice data and maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
- Setting up and reconciling supplier payments
- Liaising with service managers for approvals and managing queries with suppliers
- Reconciling PayPal, Soldo and petty cash transactions
- Supporting utility and expenditure tracking
- Providing cover for the Sales Ledger Finance Officer as needed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- At least 12 months' experience in a finance or accounting function
- Strong working knowledge of purchase ledger processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero) and spreadsheets
