This is not a typical customer service role.We are an e-commerce business selling CCTV cameras directly to customers in the rural and agricultural sectors. Our customers include farmers, landowners, rural businesses, and sites that often need reliable security or monitoring in remote locations.We are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organised under pressure, and help improve how things are done.
