Job Role
* Bar Manager to lead the drinks offering for a brand new, restaurant and cocktail bar
* Bar Manager who can motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers
* Bar Manager with a passion for cocktails and knowledgeable about wine, to create menus
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior supervisor in a high-volume, fast-paced venue, ideally within a premium concept
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up
* Strong knowledge of cocktails and wine, with a passion for quality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
