A Year Secondment Opportunity has arisen within Procurement Services for a Senior Procurement Business Manager to support the All Wales Lung Screening Programme. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your procurement career in a dynamic, challenging and high profile environment. In addition to the criteria outlined in the specification, you should demonstrate how you apply commercial acumen and utilise skills to deliver in the complex changing environment throughout NHS Wales.
The post will be working primarily on behalf of Public Health Wales, and will focus on the All Wales Lung Screening Programme. The post holder will provide vision and leadership in the development and implementation of a contract portfolio, ensuring that systems, processes, policies and procedures are in place to enable the team to deliver its strategic and operational targets.
This post is a fixed term/secondment for months due to funding. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.

The post holder will support the leadership of the Assistant Head of Procurement in the delivery of the All Wales Lung Screening Programme alongside colleagues from Public Health Wales.
Supporting the understanding of the strategic direction of the Trust and aligning with the NWSSP strategic objectives as part of the IMTP plan.
