SES Sterling Ltd, is an established and trusted name in cable management solutions. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our on-site team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input customer orders accurately into the system
* Prepare and issue customer quotations
* Provide proof of delivery (POD) documentation
* Liaise with a wide customer base regarding products and services
* Book in stock deliveries and manage inventory records
* Prepare export paperwork for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Essential Requirements:
* AS400 system experience is a must
* Strong command of the English language for professional communication
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to assist with various administrative and team tasks
Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience in a sales office environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
