Mazon Flooring is a premium flooring and interiors business with appointment‑only showrooms in both Birmingham and Leamington Spa.

Mazon Flooring is hiring aClient Experience & Sales Consultant for their Premium Flooringshowrooms in the West Midlands, to work alongside our owner, Alex, and take full ownership of client projects from first enquiry through to installation and aftercare.

You’ll manage a pipeline of design‑led flooring projects, giving customers a calm, high‑touch experience and ensuring every job you sell runs smoothly and profitably.


What you’ll do

* Handle new enquiries (phone, email, web, WhatsApp), qualify projects and book appointments.
* Host one‑to‑one consultations in our Birmingham and Leamington showrooms, guiding clients through premium carpets, wood, LVT and more.
* Prepare clear quotes and proposals and follow them up systematically to convert opportunities into profitable orders.
* Own your jobs end‑to‑end: from enquiry through survey handover, scheduling installation, keeping clients updated and managing aftercare.
* Use our CRM and planning tools to keep your pipeline organised and ensure nothing is missed.
* Collaborate with our contracts managers so surveys, fitters and materials are lined up for a right‑first‑time install.


What we’re looking for

* Experience in consultative, service‑led sales where you manage a multi‑step customer journey (flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, windows, or similar).
* Comfortable owning projects from first enquiry to installation, not just initial sales.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail; confident using CRM or similar systems to manage multiple live jobs.
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner with clients.
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between Birmingham and Leamington Spa.
* Right to work in the UK.

Flooring knowledge is a major plus but not essential if you bring the right mindset and experience in managing installation‑type projects.


Compensation and hours

* Uncapped commission on the gross profit of the jobs you own end‑to‑end– you share directly in the value you create.
* Full‑time, typically 10:00–18:00, with Saturday working on a rota and some flexibility around key client appointments.
