Job Title: Marketing Manager, AdsMeasurement & Effectiveness
Location: UK, London, hybrid 3 days onsite
Remuneration: £48.08 per hour (£100K per annum)
Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months (28 July not more than 9 Aug 2026)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote)
Responsibilities:
* Drive marketing outcomes by initiating work streams and projects.
* Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
* Develop user journeys and lifecycle strategies with cross-functional teams.
* Identify opportunities to enhance user growth and engagement.
* Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing leaders.
* Manage project priorities and resource allocation effectively.
* Set measurable goals and monitor success.
* Address stakeholder interests while maintaining communication on potential issues.
* Proactively seek new opportunities and innovations.
* Build processes and methods to preemptively solve problems.
* Influence teams across functions to align resources and objectives.
* Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
* Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders throughout the product development process.
* Ensure all marketing efforts uphold the organisation's brand quality and accuracy.
* Independently create compelling marketing content aligned with product strategy.
* Drive product brand positioning and messaging strategy based on user insights.
* Manage go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features.
* analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement.
* Promote user engagement and feedback across teams.
* Provide industry insights and knowledge of consumer behaviour to inform strategies.
* Collaborate with leadership to define strategic marketing visions and allocate resources.
