Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in the market-leading Employment, Pensions, and Immigration team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a diverse caseload of employment work, including employment tribunal claims, and providing strategic employment law and HR advice to our esteemed clients. Advocacy at the Employment Tribunal will be a key part of your role, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain client relationships, and contribute to innovation and product development.

This firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Employment Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
– 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
– Essential employment tribunal advocacy experience.
– Strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
– The capacity to work effectively within a team and take initiative.

– A methodical and organised approach to caseload management.
