With new homes opening this year and further growth planned for 2026, we are looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to join our senior leadership team.

We offer specialist care for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

The Role
As a Responsible Individual, you'll be the driving force behind high-quality care, ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and outstanding outcomes for children. You'll work closely with our Registered Managers and senior leadership team to shape services, develop staff, and embed a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee multiple children's homes, ensuring full Ofsted compliance.
* Support and mentor Registered Managers to deliver child-centred, therapeutic care.
* Monitor and drive performance through effective quality assurance.
* Contribute to service development, training, and strategic growth.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing structures.
What you'll bring:
Were seeking a proven leader who shares our commitment to making a difference.
* Experience as a Responsible Individual within children's residential care.
* In-depth knowledge of legislation (Children's Homes Regulations & Quality Standards 2015).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Enhanced DBS and a full UK driving licence.
