Project Manager - Remediation & Enabling Works Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 per annum Competitive Package Location: Watford, Hertfordshire (M25 North Corridor) Contract: Permanent Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting a dedicated Project Manager on behalf of an industry-leading Multi-Disciplinary Civil Engineering & Remediation Contractor. The Client Our client is a major player in the UK civil engineering market. Their dedicated remediation arm specializes in transforming complex, contaminated land into prime development real estate, handling everything from bulk earthworks to advanced soil and groundwater treatment. The Role You will be the driving force behind high-profile remediation projects along the northern stretch of the M25. Operational Leadership: Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of remediation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Methodology & Strategy: Implementing robust remediation strategies and ensuring compliance with stringent environmental regulations and planning conditions. Resource Management: Coordinating heavy plant, specialist labour, and materials to ensure maximum site efficiency. Reporting: Providing clear, accurate progress and commercial reports to the Directors. Requirements Essential: Extensive project management experience within the remediation, brownfield regeneration, or bulk earthworks sectors. Essential: SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager), and First Aid. Essential: Deep understanding of environmental legislation, EA guidelines, and waste management protocols. Location: Must be comfortably commutable to projects along the M25 North/Watford corridor.
