Job Description
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
* Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
* Liaise with external auditors and manage audit process.
* Participate in cross-functional project teams to support business growth.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to key stakeholders.
* Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
* Experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry is preferable.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
