Join ourLanarkshire district team, where you’ll play a key role in planning and designing our distribution network to ensure its security, integrity, and long-term performance.
As aCustomer Outage Prevet Officer, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while supporting planning and outage preparation processes across the district. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory standards and help maintain the reliability of our electricity distribution network.
What you’ll be doing
Undertakingprevetsof customers prior to planned outages to ensure compliance with the outage process
Ensuring compliance withGS4 standardsfor planned outages
Supporting and engaging withcustomer service improvementsacross the district
Assisting in the management and resolution ofgeneral customer enquiries
Providingbusiness supportfor a range of activities related to customer service and design
Deliveringexcellent customer serviceand promoting high standards across the district
Demonstrating and promotingexemplary safety behavioursin all activities
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in aCustomer Service role, with a strong track record of delivering high levels of service and solving problems effectively.
Strongstakeholder and customer engagementskills (desirable)
Knowledge ofSPEN customer service processes and procedures (desirable)
Understanding of theSPEN network and customer feeding arrangements (desirable)
Excellentcommunication and presentationabilities
A proactive approach toproblem-solving and prioritisation
Experience with thecustomer prevet process
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in acustomer service environment/role
Relevantelectricity network knowledge (desirable)
Strongcomputer literacy
Acurrent UK driving licence
