As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing production processes in your assigned area, ensuring their safety, optimal quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities of the role: Provides essential technical support to production ensuring processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with quality standards, while driving productivity improvements, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Focuses on process optimization, workplace ergonomics, new product introduction, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Leads continuous improvement and structured problem-solving activities within an automated manufacturing environment, including robotic welding and handling systems, as well as complex hydraulic and pneumatic machinery. Supports the mechanical design and development of jigs and fixtures. Plans and delivers strategic engineering and operational projects.
