? Your Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be a trusted contact for financial and commercial matters, supporting the leadership team with insight, structure, and strategic input.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning and maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Raising, uploading, and chasing invoices (credit control)
* Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
* Overseeing payroll processes and liaising with external providers
* Managing pension contributions and monthly uploads
* Handling payment runs and staff expense claims
* Assisting with accounting journals and month-end processes
* Supporting wider teams with financial reporting and commercial queries
? What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar finance or finance coordination role
* Strong proficiency in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams
* Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
