Your role
As a Telephone Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing customers over the phone to maintain and grow profitable revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients while achieving individual sales targets.
What you’ll do
* Manage a portfolio of customers via regular call cycles.
* Convert prospect leads into customers, focusing on those with maximum revenue potential.
* Establish customer agreements and apply pricing guidelines.
* Maintain accurate customer information in our systems.
* Promote e-commerce tools and cost-effective sales channels.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and customs regulations.
What you’ll bring
* Proven track record in a sales environment.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Strong achievement drive and ability to work as part of a team.
* Confident telephone skills and computer literacy.
* Experience in telephone sales, call centre, or face-to-face customer contact preferred.
* GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent).
