Responsibilities: We maintain high-quality housing asset information to support safe, compliant, and value-for-money investment decisions. We manage and improve asset datasets, including stock condition, component lifecycles, compliance, and energy data. We produce insight and reporting for operational teams and leadership. We support robust data governance across our asset management systems. We work collaboratively within our Asset and Development team to support our wider housing investment plans. We identify data trends and exceptions and turn them into clear recommendations for colleagues and decision-makers.
